Gary brings a wealth of experience and relationships to our clients from his extensive commercial and community banking background, most recently as Regional President of Fleet Boston. His continuing commitment to community is reflected in his volunteerism in Berkshire County. He has held or currently holds roles with The Colonial Theatre Board, President; Downtown Pittsfield, Inc., board; the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club of Pittsfield, board. Gary’s outstanding work with these local organizations has earned him several awards including the Edward O’Keefe Man of the Year from Downtown, Inc. of Pittsfield; the Kagan Award for Contributions to the Community from the Rotary Club; and the J. Edward Dery Person of the Year from the Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Georgetown University, he also holds post-graduate degrees from the Williams College School of Banking and Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Erik is a licensed insurance and securities broker. He specializes in group benefits and retirement planning. Erik is a Cum Laude graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Ashley is responsible for coordinating the group insurance division of Scarafoni Financial Group. She assists companies in the pursuit and management of highly efficient and cost-effective group benefit solutions. Ashley is a graduate of Westfield State College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science.

Beth brings nine years of prior customer service experience to Scarafoni Financial, making her an exceptional point of contact for group insurance services. Beth is a graduate of St. Joseph’s High School in Pittsfield, MA, and Berkshire Community College alumnus.

With her background in marketing and information technology, Melissa specializes in bringing the latest computer technology in the insurance industry to our clients. Prior to joining Scarafoni Financial Group, she held various marketing positions over nine years at General Electric. She is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Politics.

Robin provides valuable assistance to our group insurance services customers. Before joining Scarafoni Financial she was employed as an Associate Financial Representative for an insurance and financial planning firm. Robin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration in Marketing.
